* Must close in an entity, ( LLC. partnership, or corporation) no non profits or trusts
^ We do not lend in Detroit or Flint, MI.

What Makes Us Different

How we differ from traditional Lenders:
No limits on the number of properties you may have. You can have 1 or 50 we can fund your next loan of refinance your rental properties.
Low documentation. We care about the condition of the house and credit scores. No need to pull pay stubs or bank records. No tax returns are need. For purchases we do ask for proof of funds to close.
Our loans do not report to personal credit bureaus. You do not have to worry about having additional lines on your credit report which keeps your rental portfolio private.
Lower Seasoning Requirements
You only need to own the home for 30 days. If you found a great deal and want to pull out some equity then we have a loan program for you.
